Coming soon
Hey friends,
It's your old friend, Kevin!!! So, doing this podcast has been a huge part of my life over the past year and a half, but as you know, I have been pretty busy and unable to do the show like I used to. Just yesterday I signed on for the first time in a while, expecting to have lost all of my followers/subscribers/listeners/friends/...what ever the social networking term is for it these days. However, I was very surprised to see, the number has increased. "WHAT?!" I thought to myself. (if I may go into story telling mode for a sentence or two). "Why wouldn't they just unsubscribe?" I muttered softly as I tried to clean up the ice cream I had just dripped onto my only pair of dress slacks.
Alright, so the thought did occur to me that, perhaps people just forgot they were following/subscribed/... but then I kicked that thought in the face and pushed him out the door. It was an unhappy thought anyway. Besides, while I was forcing him out, a much happier thought came by my house for a cup of coffee. So I let him in and we discussed some ideas. His name was People Love Your Show and Will Stay Subscribed In Hopes Of A New Episode. I know, it's a long name, but he's a nice guy.
In conclusion, (since most of you think I have gone crazy with this silly blog entry) I have decided to pay you guys back for your loyalty. With the culmination of several events (The return of Odyssey, A new job that gives me more time, some emails from you guys, some help from some friends, etc...) I will start putting forth a new effort towards bringing back The Ceiling Fan podcast.
So, starting in the next few days, I will be trying to put out a new episode every two weeks. Just like the good ol' days. YAY!!!
Once again, thank you all very much for being so cool, for listening, and for keeping in touch and giving your feedback. I look forward to what God has in store for The Ceiling Fan and it's listeners.
Talk to you soon,
-Kevin
